Do we cover your portal?

Buyers use dozens of websites and e-tendering portals. Type the one you use, or pick from the list, to see whether its tenders reach TendersNearMe.

Why most portals are covered even when we don't read them directly

Many buyers run their bids on an e-tendering portal such as ProContract, In-Tend or Delta. That portal is where you download the documents and upload your bid. But the law also makes buyers publish a notice for most contracts on a national site. In the UK, contracts above the legal thresholds must go on Find a Tender, and many lower-value contracts go on Find a Tender or Contracts Finder (in England) or on the Scottish, Welsh and Northern Ireland sites. We read those national sites, so the opportunity reaches you, with a link to the portal where you bid.

What can slip through

Small quotes a council only sends to a few suppliers, or only posts on its own portal, may never be published nationally. For those, get onto the buyer's approved supplier or quick quote lists. Our guide to approved supplier lists explains how.
