Sites that councils in England list as suitable for new homes, from their brownfield land registers, with planning status and the number of homes expected. Useful for builders, trades and suppliers looking for work before it's tendered, and for developers looking for land.

From planning.data.gov.uk (Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government), Open Government Licence v3.0. Councils update their registers at least once a year, so check the council's planning page for the latest position.
