Questions
What grants are available for small businesses in Wales?
There are three kinds: local grants from councils in Wales, schemes for the whole of Wales, and UK-wide grants. TendersNearMe lists all three in one place, with the closing date and amount for each.
Do I have to pay a grant back?
No. A grant doesn't have to be repaid, as long as you spend it on what you agreed and meet the conditions. Many grants pay only part of the cost, so you'll often need to put in some of your own money (match funding).
How do I hear about new grants in Wales?
Create a TendersNearMe account, tick Wales as one of your areas and choose your trade. On any paid plan we email you new grants that match your business.
