Questions
What grants are available for small businesses in North East?
There are three kinds: local grants from councils and growth hubs in North East, schemes for the whole of England, and UK-wide grants. TendersNearMe lists all three in one place, with the closing date and amount for each.
Do I have to pay a grant back?
No. A grant doesn't have to be repaid, as long as you spend it on what you agreed and meet the conditions. Many grants pay only part of the cost, so you'll often need to put in some of your own money (match funding).
How do I hear about new grants in North East?
Create a TendersNearMe account, tick North East as one of your areas and choose your trade. On any paid plan we email you new grants that match your business.
