Provision of Roofing Services

UHI North, West and Hebrides seek to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver roofing services across its estate. The contract/s will cover a mix of planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and small works projects up to a maximum individual value of GBP15,000. Works will be instructed on an as-required basis throughout the contract period. Annual spend for the whole contract is anticipated to be GBP70K - 80K, however, there is no specific guarantee of work.
