Leeds City Centre Enhanced Environmental Enforcement

This tender is related to the commissioning of a two-part environmental enforcement and education service for Leeds city centre (and potentially other high footfall areas within the Leeds District). The first part will comprise high volume Littering Enforcement, to support the Council’s objectives in maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of Leeds city centre as a destination. The second part is a broader enforcement and education role, described here under the heading of a ‘City Centre Support Officer’ role.
