What the buyer says

Trent & Dove Housing is seeking to appoint a single suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver an integrated communal cleaning and window cleaning service across its housing portfolio and corporate premises. The contract will include programmed communal cleaning, cleaning of shared areas within Independent Living / Over-55 schemes, corporate cleaning at Trinity Square, and cyclical and, where required, ad-hoc window cleaning, deep cleaning and floor-treatment services. The objective of the procurement is to provide consistently clean, safe, hygienic and presentable environments for residents, visitors and colleagues, while improving service quality, accountability and value for money. The contract will also provide greater visibility of service delivery through structured reporting, digital monitoring, auditable attendance and completion records, and clear performance standards. The contract is intended to be awarded for an initial three-year period, with the option to extend for two further 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performance. Stage 1: Stage 1 – Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) / Conditions of Participation. Suppliers are required to complete and submit the Stage 1 PSQ in accordance with the attached procurement documents. This stage will assess supplier eligibility, exclusion grounds, economic and financial standing, technical capability and the project-specific selection criteria. Following evaluation, Trent & Dove Housing intends to invite up to six of the highest-scoring compliant Suppliers to progress to Stage 2 – Invitation to Tender (ITT). Suppliers should read all attached Stage 1 documents carefully before submitting their response.
